Adventure Vacationing!

Kayaking this morning with my sister, Betsy and Sophie, her dog.
No matter where you go this summer, make an adventure out of it by varying your exercise routine. It will help you stay in great shape on your trip. If you’re in town, do something different by heading out to Water Works Park and rent a canoe on a Sunday or Saturday. MUM has them for rent to the public for $5 per hour.
My sister and I went for a paddle in her kayaks today on Lake Sammamish, Washington. What great exercise for the upper body and core! Betsy had even better exercise, lifting her paddle over her dog, Sophie. It was either listening to Sophie howl on the shore or bring her along to keep her happy.
Dog owners get more exercise, sometimes in the most unusual ways!

Sophie fits just fine.
