Susie Hathaway’s Strength Training Classes for women in Fairfield, Iowa. All classes are held at Morning Star Studio. See Home tab above for class description and Testimonials tab for class participants’ comments.
Upcoming Beginner Class:
The next beginning class will be in the fall. If you would like to join the Continuing Class, a few sessions of personal training with Susie is an option to learn the basics of the strength training that we do in class. Upcoming “Continuing” Classes:
The current 7-week session ends on May 31st.
June Class, taught by Paula Armstrong
Prerequisite: Beginner class or private personal training with Susie Hathaway
June 4th to June 21st, except for June 14-no class that day.
5-hour Session
All classes are on Mondays and Thursdays.
2 Class Times: 9:00 AM & 3:15 PM
Continuing Class Fees:
- Whole Session “Economy” Rate: $35 for the 5 class hours
- Punch Pass option: $100 for 10 hours of class which can be used at any time during the year
- Drop-in rate: $12 per hour
